Joseph Cianfrini

As the Director of JNC Legal, Joseph is committed to the best interests of his clients and their matters, providing practical and cost-effective solutions. With years of experience in practicing law, Joseph has established a stable and strong reputation in the delivery of his expertise and legal advice to his clients. He frequently appears in the Federal, Supreme, District, Magistrate Courts and the State Administrative tribunal in land compensation matters. Joseph’s expertise embraces all areas of State and Commonwealth commercial law. This is further enhanced by Joseph’s years of experience in working in private practice, as well as the Australian Taxation Office at an executive level, and the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.

Over the last decade, Joseph has worked exclusively in the commercial space assisting clients in areas such taxation, property, dispute resolution, civil litigation, business advice on structures and Estate planning.

Joseph’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws, a Diploma in Accounting, and a Certificate IV in Government Fraud Control (Cth). He is fluent in Italian and Croatian.

Beyond practicing the law, Joseph supports local community initiatives, and is currently on the Board for No More Homeless Inc, a not-for-profit organisation in working to help house the homeless. He is also associated with Servizio Italiano Assistenza Sociale, an institute assisting Italians with social services.
