Alexia Larcher

Alexia is a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce graduate. She has been working as a paralegal in the commercial sector since 2016 and is admitted to practice. Alexia has experience in commercial law, wills and estates law, and property law.

Alexia is responsible for the initial drafting of Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys and Enduring Power of Guardianships. She has assisted with the administration of estates and grants of probate.

Alexia assists clients with property transaction and is responsible for preparing and lodging Landgate applications including land transfer, registration and withdrawal of caveats, survivorship applications and discharge of mortgages. Alexia is experienced in PEXA and has been responsible for preparing and lodging RevenueWA duty applications.

She is also experienced in drafting leases, extension and variation of leases, and deeds of assignment.

Alexia has assisted with trial preparation and has experience in drafting, preparing and lodging Supreme, Magistrates and District Court documents.
